Use Bait Station rod and reel cleaner spray directly from the bottle, no dilution is required.
For rods and reels, spray onto a cloth or rag and wipe carefully around the reel and other moving parts.
Make sure you pay attention to wipe any dissolved salt or scales off of the rod.
